Customer Service Officer (Mandarin Speaking)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team. This position will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to their platform, products, and services.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to assist users with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and platform functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- ā Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency industry trends, exchange operations, and product features to provide informed support.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a cryptocurrency exchange or related industry.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong problem-solving, customer-oriented mindset, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and trading processes.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- Able to work independently and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
