Main Purpose As the strategic right hand to our Vice President of R&D, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating vision into action, streamlining execution, and amplifying the impact of our product, engineering, and design teams.In this high-impact position, you’ll serve as an operational and strategic partner, guiding how the R&D organization prioritizes, aligns, and delivers. This role will be tasked with keeping focus on the departmental and company strategy — keeping it moving, ensuring clarity, and enabling cross-functional execution at scale. Temp to Perm - This will initially be a 6 month temporary contract role with a vision to convert to a Permanent position.  This is an in-office role, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
