About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build fast, intuitive, and elegant interfaces across our suite of AI-powered products.

You’ll take ownership of end-user experiences—spanning self-service portals, chat interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools. You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to create frontend systems that are robust, modular, and built to scale.

This is a high-impact role for an engineer who is passionate about user experience, performance, accessibility, and design systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, modern frontend components using React

  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into elegant, scalable interfaces

  • Build and evolve our design system and reusable component libraries, promoting consistency and maintainability across product surfaces

  • Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices

  • Collaborate with designers to turn Figma specs into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces

  • Partner with backend teams to integrate APIs, define contracts, and troubleshoot edge cases

  • Lead and participate in design and code reviews, enforcing high standards of readability, maintainability, and test coverage

  • Help define and improve frontend development processes, CI practices, and build pipelines

  • Act as a mentor and technical leader within the team, supporting junior engineers and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar)

  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, browser rendering, and performance optimization techniques

  • Experience building design systems, shared UI libraries, or scalable component architectures

  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

  • Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs, and comfort handling complex data flows in the UI

  • Strong product intuition and ability to translate business goals into functional and user-centric interfaces

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, internal tooling, or regulated industries

  • Prior work in AI, chat UI, or real-time interfaces is a plus

    Why Join Us

    • Build modern, intelligent interfaces that serve millions of end-users in high-stakes environments

    • Help shape design and UX standards for a fast-growing AI platform with real product velocity

    • Work with a collaborative, high-trust engineering culture that values technical rigor and user empathy

    • Contribute to software that powers the future of banking and AI-led customer experiences

Compensation

  • Base compensation is expected to be between $165,000 - $190,000. Exact compensation may be based on skills and location with equity included.

  • 🏝 PTO & Holidays

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
