What You’ll Do 

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager works with the overall Experience teams as well as key client stakeholders to co-create, develop, and execute on the product roadmap for key strategic clients leveraging our platform.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to create and maintain a product roadmap of initiatives in order to enhance the customer experience and create business value. You will serve as the advocate and and act as the connective tissue between client expectations and internal execution, helping shape digital travel experiences used by millions of customers.

Success in this role requires the ability to independently drive initiatives forward, navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the day-to-day product point of contact for our strategic clients on mobile initiatives, with flexibility to work on other platforms.
  • Translate client goals into clearly defined product requirements, stories, and roadmaps.
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress in a confident, clear, and collaborative manner.
  • Create and sustain trusted strategic client relationships through cross functional team collaboration and high accountability.
  • Understand and confidently communicate the technical components of software development and their impact on user experience.

Product Execution

  • Understand the end-to-end customer experience and collaboratively define requirements with client stakeholders, UX, and engineering 
  • Own requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization across multiple product domains.
  • Drive timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Support go-to-market activities, UAT coordination, and post-release monitoring.

Proactive Problem Solving

  • Navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions and aligning cross-functional teams around problem statements to drive clarity and definition.
  • Proactively uncover risks, dependencies, and edge cases — and propose thoughtful solutions.
  • Own problems and drive to resolution, communicating every step of the way.

What You Bring  

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally B2B2C with a client-facing role. 
  • Track record of taking initiative to identify product opportunities or gaps, and following through with clear action plans and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, balance input from multiple stakeholders, and make timely, data-informed decisions.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, both for the client and the end user.
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, and to gracefully negotiate tradeoffs.
  • Utilize data to measure performance, quantify business value, and tell a story
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in translating technical business requirements to functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and work closely with design and engineering teams to bring product features to life.
  • Highly proficient in JIRA / Atlassian, Google Suite
  • Technical acumen proficiency to translate technical specifications into business requirements

Bonus Points  

  • Experience in travel or loyalty tech industries
  • Experience with native mobile app product delivery
  • Familiarity with Contentful CMS, WCAG 2.0 Level AA

Pay Range for this Position:

$107,000 - $170,000 USD

Location

This role is remote-first and can be located anywhere in the continental United States - feel free to work from your home office, from the beach, or from the cottage you rented for the summer! iSeatz is a New Orleans-based company with Central Time Zone business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm CT). While we support flexible schedules, some roles—particularly those with direct client collaboration—may require alignment with client time zones for key meetings and real-time communication.
