Therapymatch, Inc. dba Headway – Senior Product Designer

Therapymatch, Inc. dba Headway has a full-time Senior Product Designer position in New York,
New York.

Duties include: Utilize product thinking, visual design, and system steward skills to collaborate
with a talented and mission driven XFN team to evolve our product vision and build product
solutions; Lead design for Headway products, delivering complete and consistent design
throughout Headway software; Contribute and evolve Headway design system (Helix) as we scale
the provider experiences; Devise innovative solutions for a complex set of user needs; Collaborate
with engineering teams regarding user goals and requirements with complex technical and
security requirements; Contribute to the team culture, process, foundation and help grow a world
class startup design team; Improve and polish existing designs in order to promote consistency
and improve workflow and usability of platform; Collaborate closely with provider experience
teams to help deliver strategic initiatives, set product vision, and drive team execution; Create
wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs; Conduct user research with different research
methodologies to integrate user feedback into the design process; and work effectively with cross-
functional partners to deliver design spec to engineers for implementation. Telecommuting
permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture,
or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in role offered or as Product Designer,
Senior Interaction Designer, Designer, or similar role. Experience must be at venture or private
equity backed, fast growth company.

Salary range $180,000 to $230,000 per year.
