Therapymatch, Inc. dba Headway has a full-time Head of Revenue Strategy position in New York, New York.
Duties include: Build and oversee business functions responsible for driving company hyper-growth; Design organizational charts, with areas of responsibilities and objective key results; Lead process to identify and size key growth levers through rigorous, effective, and flexible, data analysis and modeling; Lead processes to continuously prioritize and set functions quarterly and yearly business objectives; Oversee and lead most complex proactive cross-functional projects tight to company OKRs to have an immediate impact; Surge on most complex business contingencies to mitigate business impact to company OKRs and reach effective resolution; Hire and manage high-performing teams of directors, managers, leads, and associates; Manage relationships with other department heads across the company to ensure goals alignment and collaboration; Design, develop, implement, and manage tooling and processes; Own revenue forecasting model to determine sales objectives (outputs and inputs), optimizing for attainability and alignment with company goals. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States.
Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements: 36 months (3 years) of experience in the job offered or as Associate, Senior Associate, MBA Intern, or similar role.
Skill Requirements: 36 months (3 years) of experience with the following skills: Strategic planning and execution; Data analysis and business modeling; Cross-functional collaboration and project management; Agility in problem-solving and decision making; Interdepartmental coordination and communication; Process design and optimization; Financial analysis and revenue forecasting.
Salary range $250,000 to $350,000 per year.
