JOB SUMMARY:
As a Revenue Cycle Intelligence Manager, you will lead customer engagements and support the development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings. You’ll work closely with customers to leverage Kodiak’s analytics platform to drive operational improvements and financial performance across the revenue cycle. This role requires a blend of healthcare revenue cycle expertise, analytical acumen, and customer-facing experience.
- Lead customer engagements focused on Kodiak’s revenue cycle intelligence SaaS solutions.
- Lead customers through the implementation of Kodiak solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor customer engagement with Kodiak’s solutions by limiting the barriers to actionable insights.
- Capture market feedback from application users and collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert market feedback into tangible solutions.
- Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure a successful delivery solution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Support product development by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed (estimated <20%).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum at least 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle professional services, preferably with experience working with SaaS solutions.
- Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with or for RCM vendors, health systems, or payers is highly valued.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
