Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordinator
Jacksonville, FL
Oversee entirety of the allied installation process. Quote installation jobs and oversee the completion of installation projects. Provide professional and timely service to customers allowing for the growth and profit of Lift Power Inc. Communicate effectively between the customer and the Allied Department in order to bring projects to efficient and satisfactory completion. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation projects on site
- Quote installation jobs
- Be in contact with customers regarding current project status
- Meet with customers regarding future project needs
- Provide status updates on current jobs to Allied Engineer/Manager and Coordinator
- Ensure all materials and equipment are on site for start of projects
- Provide rack audits
- Ensure allied install crew has all information necessary for insurance, hours, and any human resource documentation
- Complete sales calls as time permits
Other Duties:
- Schedule travel accommodations for the installation crew
- Schedule maintenance on company vehicles
- Assist salesmen with quotes and other needs
- Uphold safety procedures on all sites within company standards

Skills Required: |
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Soft Base system
- Ability to compile work orders, invoice, and manage software with the program
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Create drawings, check counts, dimensions
- Proficiency with IKE Editor
- Ability to edit counts and part numbers
- Proficiency with Access
- PDF manipulation
- Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communications abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage scheduling and multiple accounts
