Job Title: Social Worker – Older Adults Mental Health Team
Location: Waltham Forest
Rate: £32.00 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Older Adults Mental Health Team based in Waltham Forest.

Responsibilities:
You will carry a caseload of around 20 cases. Your role will include completing and implementing Care Act 2014 assessments and support plans. You will complete Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and work on Court of Protection cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
