Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse and neglect.
  • Provide practical support, interventions, and access to services.
  • Advocate for adults' rights, empower them to make informed decisions, and ensure fair treatment.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
