An exciting job role has recently become available at the Southwark London Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Reablement Team.

What will your responsibilities be?

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary setting, emphasizing strengths-based practice and promoting independence and recovery. The main duties include goal setting, completing Care Act assessments, conducting reviews, performing Mental Capacity Assessments, and working with individuals who have complex social needs.

Qualifications and Experiences:

You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. Post-qualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work are also required.
