If you love project management, event logistics, and cross-functional collaboration and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, let’s talk!

You’ll report to the Head of Events & Experiences and play a key role in executing top-tier events, from sponsored activations and industry-leading experiences to our flagship online summit — yes, the one with 10,000+ attendees (and coming this year, our first in-person Summit). You’ll bring expertise in event production, vendor management, and process optimization to help us deliver high-impact events — on time, on budget, and totally unforgettable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

As an Events & Experiences Producer, you’ll be the operational backbone of our events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from kickoff to post-event wrap-up. Your role will focus on workflow management, event logistics, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to support broader event planning.

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for events, ensuring seamless operations across both in-person and online experiences.
  • Streamline task management, coordinate timelines, and optimize cross-functional workflows to keep events on track and on budget.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality production across all event elements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on event content, secure speakers, and coordinate all logistical details for major activations, including our flagship summit and sponsored events.
  • Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot in real time, and maintain clear communication to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING đź’Ą

  • 2–4 years of experience in event production, management, or a related field—bonus if you’ve worked in tech or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale online events from start to finish, with a deep understanding of virtual event logistics.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a creative mindset, balancing big-picture strategy with the small touches that make an event unforgettable.
  • Strong project management skills, juggling multiple tasks and timelines without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and effective vendor management.
  • A cool head under pressure, making quick, confident decisions to keep events running smoothly.

Here’s how we care about your growth, well-being, and comfort:

  • Annual professional development reimbursement.
  • Generous time-off policy to balance your work and life.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Hybrid format to split your time between the comforts of home and collaborative WeWork spaces.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
