BA / Project Coordinator

The Opportunity
We're a dev team in iGaming that moves fast and builds things that matter. We're not looking for someone to just coordinate tasks — we need a BA / Project Coordinator who can translate product ideas into clear requirements and drive them all the way to implementation. You'll work closely with the CTO and CPO, bridge the gap between business and engineering, and keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product ideas into clear requirements and specifications
- Manage tickets in Jira, decompose tasks, and assist with sprint planning
- Communicate between development and business — relay constraints, alternatives, and risks
- Participate in team meetings and help with synchronization in critical situations
- As the platform grows, take on increasingly complex technical specifications for backend functionality
What You Bring
- Experience as a BA, PM, or in a hybrid role — preferably in a product company where you helped build something from the ground up, not just maintain it
- Ability to write requirements quickly and in a structured way
- Basic understanding of development process: task decomposition, estimation, prioritization
- Actively use AI tools in your work — for us, this is the norm, not a bonus
- Flexibility: ready to take on tasks beyond the formal job description
- Comfortable in a startup environment where a lot is still being built
- No iGaming experience required — what matters is your drive to learn and grow
- Russian language — fluent or native (required)
