A Day in the Life:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving change across the Asia marketing organization. You’ll hunt for operational gaps, tear down inefficiencies, and rebuild smarter, faster marketing processes. Your mission: optimize marketing operations, unlock transparency, and power seamless execution that fuels operational excellence across the region.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Drive change management within the Asia Marketing organization by assessing existing marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement in the workflows and development of the implementation roadmap.
- Work closely with the local markets and analyze current local pain points and collaborate with the regional team to identify gaps, and propose improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across markets.
- Ensure transparency across all levels of the organization, at every stage of implementation to ensure compliance towards process optimization that does not disrupt local market deliverables.
- Develop roadmap with clear milestones, and ensuring clear documentation throughout the exercise for consistency, clarity, and accountability across processes, while building the knowledge base within the marketing organization.
- Define metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and report on progress, proposing adjustments as needed.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, budget management, and tracking of marketing performance metrics.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, and event execution.
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
