Associate, CRM Operations
MONTICELLOAM, LLC and its affiliates (“Monticello”) is a real estate and asset-based lender providing asset management and comprehensive capital solutions for healthcare, multifamily, and commercial real estate assets throughout the US. We are seeking motivated, collaborative professionals who bring creativity, compassion, and a strong work ethic to a dynamic team environment.
We are looking for an Associate, CRM Operations for our New York City office who will support the Investor Relations function of our affiliate MONTICELLOAM, LLC, a registered investment adviser with the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
Why This Role Exists
Monticello is a private credit asset manager focused on bridge lending across seniors housing, skilled nursing, and multifamily real estate. As our platform and affiliated businesses continue to scale, the operational demands of running a modern investor relations and marketing function have outgrown what a generalist team can sustainably support. We need a dedicated owner for the systems, data, and day-to-day execution that sit underneath every investor interaction and every capital-raising campaign we run.
This role exists to be that owner. It bridges two functions that are too often siloed at investment firms: the investor-facing servicing work that keeps existing LPs informed and well-supported, and the marketing operations work that helps us identify, nurture, and convert the next generation of investors. By bringing both under a single seat anchored in HubSpot, we gain a unified view of our investor lifecycle, faster execution on campaigns and ad hoc investor requests, cleaner data for reporting and compliance, and a scalable foundation as the Firm grows. The person in this role will be a force multiplier for the IR
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations
- Develop a deep understanding of the Firm’s, and its affiliates strategies, investors, and positions.
- Customize Hubspot for all pipeline and upcoming investments, amendments, and payoffs. Be able to create customizable dashboards and reporting, and continue adapting throughout the lifecycle of an investment.
- Manage investor onboarding, change management, and liaison closely with our fund administrator and custody partners to update information and execute ad hoc investor requests.
- Maintain and expand the investor database utilizing Hubspot to ensure investor data is accurate and current for everyday use of the system and for reporting purposes.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and processes as needed, including the annual audit and valuation process with third-party partners and assistance with cross-function initiatives.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost integrity.
- Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
Marketing
- Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Hubspot, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of the technology stack, aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize investor relations, marketing, and sales processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to drive integrated campaigns and improve data quality.
- Develop and maintain marketing emails, segments, workflow automations, landing pages, reporting, dashboards, and analysis to determine and support the efficacy of marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas of opportunities to further nurture leads, turning conversations into raised capital
- Ability to put on a product marketing hat and assist with product positioning and develop messaging to support investor relations, marketing, and sales with initiatives that resonate with the firm’s ICP
