MORSE is a specially selected team of scientists, engineers, and software developers who use asymmetric and unconventional approaches to deploy practical solutions that solve difficult multi-disciplinary problems faced by the US National Security Ecosystem.

Our work spans Artificial Intelligence, Battle Management, Mission Planning, Decision Systems, Advanced Analytics, Test and Evaluation, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles design and development, Vehicle Autonomy, Guidance Navigation & Controls, and Human-centered Design.

We pride ourselves on being the smart team that is easy to work with. We are located in Cambridge, MA and this co-op will be fully on-site. In this time, you will meet with team members to innovate, collaborate, and communicate, as well as take part in our social events, including lunch, game night, happy hours, quarterly team building, and other company events. We find by having you onsite as a co-op, you can make the greatest impact in your time here, as well as receive excellent mentoring, support, and growth.  

This co-op session will start in July 2026 and go through December 2026.
