  • A seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, data center operations, or network architecture.
  • Expert in Network and Data Center technologies from leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell, HPE, VMware, and Pure.
  • Skilled at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, present, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Proficient with automation tools like Ansible and infrastructure management tools (e.g., VMs, OOB management, VPN).
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, communication, and technical documentation capabilities.

About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Myriad360, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge networking and infrastructure solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and industry standards. The role emphasizes innovation, operational excellence, and driving client success in transformative projects across virtualization, cloud, data center, and networking technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Architecture and Solution Design
  • Develop scalable, detailed architectures focusing on data center design, virtualization, cloud, and advanced networking technologies
  • Create comprehensive client proposals, architectural diagrams, and statements of work.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements. collaboration and Client Engagement:
  •  Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and IT standards.
  •  Lead client discovery sessions, assess environments, and present value-driven infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams by providing technical expertise for proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses. ]
  • Assist with internal sales enablement, including POC/POV development and solution demonstrations.
  • Provide cross-technology guidance to ensure holistic and optimized designs.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, emphasizing optimization and automation.
  • Deliver innovative and reliable solutions, ensuring exceptional client experiences

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must have 5+ years of Pre-sales experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, data center operations, or network architecture.
  • Proven expertise with Network and Data Center technologies across leading manufacturers; Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell, HPE, VMware, Pure etc.
  • Exceptional skills in engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and present tailored solutions.
  • Expertise in automation tools like Ansible and familiarity with infrastructure management tools (e.g., VMs, OOB management, VPN).
  • Excellent time management, communication, and technical documentation skills. Commitment to completing ongoing security awareness training and adherence to company policies.

Location: 100% Remote, Must be residing in and around Chicago area
