About The Role:

As a Director of Delivery Services, you will focus on driving services revenue, building scalable processes, and delivering exceptional client outcomes across a wide range of technology domains, including security, networking, data center, cloud, automation, and observability. The Director, Delivery Services will oversee the planning, delivery, and optimization of services involving industry-leading platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Rubrik, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Ansible, Terraform, and observability tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize processes, ensuring both operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Other responsibilities include: 

Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Myriad360’s services revenue across security, networking, data center, and automation portfolios
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position services offerings, including security assessments, architecture design, and managed security solutions
  • Create and refine service packages to address market demands while driving profitability and long-term client value

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers, consultants, and project managers, specializing in security, networking, and data center solutions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and operational success

Process Optimization

  • Evaluate, maintain, and continuously improve processes to ensure scalable, repeatable, and efficient service delivery
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline operations, improve quality, and enhance client satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address gaps in performance or efficiency

Service Delivery Management

  • Ensure all services are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations
  • Oversee delivery of Myriad360’s comprehensive services portfolio, including:
  • Security: Deployment and optimization of Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Rubrik solutions for next-gen firewalls, secure SD-WAN, endpoint protection, and data recovery
  • Networking: Design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Aruba infrastructure
  • Data Center: Infrastructure projects utilizing Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure Storage, and VMware for compute, storage, and virtualization.
  • Automation: Deployment of tools like Ansible and Terraform to streamline client environments
  • Observability: Implementation of platforms for holistic infrastructure and application monitoring

Operational and Financial Management

  • Drive profitability by optimizing resource utilization, maintaining strong margins, and managing costs
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics for the services division.
  • Create and refine operational frameworks to support consistent and scalable service delivery.

Client and Vendor Relationships

  • Serve as an executive-level point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors, including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Rubrik, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure, VMware, and others
  • Leverage vendor relationships to enhance Myriad360’s services portfolio and competitive position
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned 

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a VAR, MSP, or similar organization
  • Proven track record of growing services revenue and managing P&L for a professional services organization
  • Expertise in security technologies (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Rubrik), networking (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba), and data center solutions (Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure, VMware)
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and observability platforms
  • Strong ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize operational processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of security management tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $250,000- 300,000 OTE, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
