Your opportunity
New Relic is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to help our Finance Technology team scale our financial software stack. The Sr. BSA will be focused on enabling and empowering the Finance Technology team to deliver on financially-driven projects and solutions to support the continued success and expansion of our globe-spanning enterprise.
What you'll do
- Support end-users with issues relating to Coupa
- Configure Coupa settings for procurement and expenses
- Triage and resolve Coupa-Netsuite integration issues
- Support the implementation of new Coupa related functionality, enhancements, and business process optimizations
- Work with end-users and finance leaders to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into functional and technical specifications
This role requires
- 4 years supporting and configuring Coupa modules including (but not limited to):
- Coupa Platform
- Coupa Procure-to-Pay (Requisitions, POs, Invoices)
- Coupa Expenses
- Coupa SIM
- Coupa Pay and Virtual Cards
- Subject matter expert in procurement and invoice best practices
- Coupa Procure-to-Invoice System Administration Certification
- A problem solving mentality, including strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and completing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles
- A willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and business cultures
