The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle to drive Engagement, Retention, and long-term Lifetime Value strategies for our growing customer base. You will be the first Product Manager on the team and have a blank canvas to establish the discipline while tackling the opportunities in front of us. You are always curious, and never satisfied bringing a blend of highly analytical approaches with a creative lens, willing to try and test new tactics.
The Product Manager will partner with game development, CRM, growth, marketing, community, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of retention and engagement strategies that align with business goals. As part of the Publishing team, we use our gaming expertise to identify and drive growth levers to acquire, engage, and retain our customers utilizing content, events, product features, and full funnel acquisition/reacquisition strategies.
What You'll Do
Oversee the entire customer product lifecycle, including content offering, subscription pricing, messaging strategy, content events, platform features, and iteration based on user feedback and key performance metrics. This includes creating user stories and providing peer leadership to cross-functional partners to get things done.
- Subscription Growth: Execute a comprehensive growth strategy that leverages customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and onboarding experiences to maximize acquisition and retention.
- Roadmap development: Define and execute on the vision and strategy for growing and sustaining player LTV. Identify customer problems to solve using a blend of data analysis, market research, and customer feedback. Prioritize features to build new customer journeys on an assessment of impact vs. effort. Author clear user stories and detailed requirements; use these to guide technical development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the different product teams to create optimized premium experiences throughout the web and mobile app.
- Performance Optimization: Develop deep expertise on the economics of our subscription product and use that to guide the team’s content roadmap and retention strategy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish key metrics that you’ll use to evaluate success. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to rapidly test, measure, and iterate on your work.
- Experience Design: Partner with our internal UX/UI designers to deliver assets (including prototypes and design studies) that address your user insights/feature requirements with design solutions.
What You Bring
Proven experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps, setting OKRs, defining, running, and measuring experiments, and working collaboratively with peers on cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience in consumer product management and related fields
- An understanding of how subscription businesses work, including the framework of registration, billing, payment, cancellation, and churn
- Experience leveraging data and user research to guide decision-making and optimize product outcomes, including working knowledge of the use and misuse of statistics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to align a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal
- Experience managing large amounts of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to summarize complex issues clearly and concisely
- A high-ownership mentality and accountability in your work
- Ability to work with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Superior written and spoken communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical discipline such as Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics or Finance

- Experience with loyalty/rewards programs
- Hands on experience with experimentation SaaS platforms
- Interest and understanding of gaming and entertainment
