What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for managing the strategic partnership, retention, renewals and expansions of existing Noyo accounts by crafting compelling expansion and ROI stories. You will act as the customer’s key strategic partner, driving growth and expansion of their reliance on Noyo as a key vendor to their overall business success.
- You will successfully turn your customers into Noyo evangelists that actively help expand the Noyo network by bringing on new connections and pushing existing connections for more growth and retention
- You will produce and present annual planning material and semi-annual meeting material that includes account growth metrics, SLA reporting, strategic initiatives, and broader marketplace analysis
- You will proactively maintain the records in Noyo’s CRM to track new business and renewal workflows
- You will assist with customer appreciation efforts, forecast and execute growth plans for your accounts, and lead contract renewal and expansion negotiations to achieve your desired revenue outcomes
- You will occasionally plan and coordinate in-person customer meetings, bringing key members of the Noyo team with you. You'll also attend industry conferences and tradeshows to maintain valuable industry knowledge and network with customers and prospects.
What You'll Be Collaborating On
- You will partner with the Customer Experience (CX) team to drive customer product adoption and improve internal and external operational processes, ensuring our connections are efficient and scalable.
- You will identify areas of opportunity and growth, assembling compelling growth stories for both our customers and internal audiences.
- You will manage revenue-based outcomes, focusing on achieving and exceeding financial targets.
What Experiences You'll Need
- 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or software
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred. API/EDI experience a major bonus.
- Experience successfully managing and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent soft sales skills, with a passion for translating the complex into the simple
- Ability to assemble a compelling story in a deck using Google Slides
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic & positive attitude
- Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-growth, and fast paced environment
- Comfortable in ambiguity, knowing that in a startup there isn’t always a clear answer or owner
- Driven to win and to hit assigned quantitative goals
- Comfort with standard Account Management technology and tooling, such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Sigma, etc
Salary Range
Noyo is committed to advancing pay equity, and pay transparency is one tool in support of that goal. Noyo has a comprehensive total rewards program which includes base salary, equity, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
The On Target Earnings for this position is $130,000 to $155,000 annually. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position.
Noyo is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S. and we take a location agnostic approach to compensation. This means that your location will not be a factor in determining your compensation.
Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Noyo reserves the right to modify this compensation range at any time.
