Head of Product

US - Remote

Osano is hiring a Head of Product to shape, guide, and accelerate the next chapter of our product strategy. This role reports directly to the CEO and calls for an empathetic, forward-thinking, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution—someone who can inspire a shared direction for where privacy is headed, integrate AI/ML as a core differentiator, and nurture the creation of products that are intuitive, trusted, and built for scale.

You’ll be leading a collaborative team that turns market shifts into opportunities, transforms challenges into innovative solutions, and works together to bring ideas to life for customers. You’ll partner closely with executives to align product direction with company goals, while also staying connected to the details: running discovery, validating assumptions, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring thoughtful, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader who enjoys fostering growth in others, scaling product operations, and leveraging AI in ways that genuinely benefit customers. If you’re motivated to build a category-defining platform in a dynamic, fast-evolving market, we’d love to connect.

  • You are comfortable working hands-on by conducting discovery, drafting PRDs, or creating mockups.
  • You have experience scaling product operations and structures as ARR grows.
  • You have a strong understanding of applied AI, such as LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and you know how to translate them into customer value.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
