Position: Platinum Onboarding Specialist

Location: Field-Based with Local Travel

Compensation: $22-25 per hour DOE

We are seeking a Platinum Onboarding Specialist to lead our in-home onboarding experience for parent caregivers and new member intake. This role combines field-based onboarding, intake coordination, compliance documentation, and required training facilitation.

This is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare onboarding, caregiver support, intake coordination, or regulated programs who enjoys working directly with families.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate for Success:
    • Travel to parent caregiver homes to conduct in-person onboarding sessions.
    • Guide caregivers throughout employment onboarding paperwork step-by-step.
    • Support families in completing new member intake documentation accurately and confidently.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to active services for both caregivers and members.
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy:
    • Verify all required documents meet DDD, ALTCS, and Pathways standards.
    • Track onboarding paperwork and training completion to ensure full compliance.
  • Facilitate Required Trainings:
    • Conduct state-required and organization-required trainings (one-on-one) in the home of the caregivers.
    • Ensure caregivers understand policies, expectations, and next steps before services begin.
  • Support & Empower Families:
    • Provide clear, professional guidance during onboarding and intake processes.
    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to caregivers entering services and families enrolling new members into services.

Who You Are:

✔ Experienced in onboarding, healthcare intake, care coordination, social services, or similar programs.
✔ Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and follow-through skills.
✔ Confident in facilitating trainings and explaining structured processes clearly.
✔ Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your schedule.
✔ Professional, compassionate, and committed to delivering a high-quality onboarding experience.
✔ Over 18 years old with a clean background, with an Arizona Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
