Job Summary
PatientPoint is seeking a Director of Product Management to help scale and operationalize our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising platform. This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into scalable product delivery across our Programmatic DOOH media infrastructure, including programmatic enablement, targeting, monetization, and campaign performance.
In this role, you will lead the product execution and roadmap for Programmatic DOOH monetization supporting order management systems, programmatic enablement, yield optimization, targeting infrastructure, and platform integrations.
This role will report to the VP of Product and partner closely with the VP of AdTech, who will provide strategic vision, market direction, and technology roadmap guidance. Together, you’ll define and build the next generation of healthcare programmatic advertising products that connect patients, providers, and brand partners in meaningful, measurable ways.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the Programmatic product roadmap in partnership with VP of AdTech and Product leadership
- Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, overseeing select projects personally while effectively delegating and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Translate business and monetization goals into scalable product requirements and technical delivery plans
- Drive integration and scaling of core ad tech platforms including OMS, SSPs, DSPs, Header Bidding, CMS, ad servers, and analytics tools within PatientPoint's ecosystem.
- Establish and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize outcomes, including yield, fill rates, CPM, latency, and revenue growth.
- Engage proactively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions.
- Facilitate strong internal and external stakeholder communication, documentation, training, and go-to-market strategies to ensure product adoption and success.
- Lead exploration and implementation of innovative solutions, including new monetization strategies, audience and data-driven targeting, and AI-driven optimizations
What We Need
- 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years focused specifically on Ad Tech, DOOH, or programmatic advertising.
- Deep expertise with advertising technologies including OMS, RTB, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and OpenRTB protocols.
- Demonstrated experience scaling and integrating complex ad tech platforms and managing third-party vendor relationships.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience with data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business concepts.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or other privacy-regulated advertising environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, data privacy frameworks, and healthcare-specific advertising regulations.
- Previous ownership and accountability for revenue-generating products, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Technical proficiency with analytics and management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Looker, and SQL.
