We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of studio operations support at Peachy - across new studio openings, existing location maintenance, and day-to-day facilities needs. This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role that requires proactive systems thinking, reliable vendor and contractor coordination, and 24/7 problem-solving readiness.

The Facilities Manager will serve as the central point of contact for all physical infrastructure needs across the Peachy studio network - from HVAC and plumbing issues to vendor negotiations, utility setup, and maintenance approvals. You'll play a key role in creating environments that are functional, efficient, and beautiful, so our teams can focus on delivering.

Location & Travel: This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Manhattan, with travel around NYC and out-of-state approximately 20% of the time. While core hours follow Eastern Standard Time, flexibility is required, including availability to address store needs during evenings and weekends as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • New Studio Launch
    • Lead facilities setup for all new studio openings, including utilities, security, tech platforms, and supplies
    • Manage operational turnover and punch list completion
    • Oversee equipment testing, studio activation, and staff onboarding coordination
    • Establish and maintain all studio-related accounts (utilities, internet, phone, waste management, etc.)
  • Facilities Operations & Issue Resolution
    • Act as the on-call escalation point for all studio facility issues (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, power, phones), including evenings and weekends as needed
    • Coordinate resolution of urgent maintenance issues with vendors and landlords
    • Manage ordering and distribution of studio supplies using Peachy’s internal systems
  • Vendor & Utilities Management
    • Identify, onboard, and manage service vendors across markets (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, repairs, etc.)
    • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency
    • Oversee ongoing vendor relationships and monitor performance
    • Coordinate utility setup, service changes, and payments across all studios
  • Renovations & Improvements
    • Receive, scope, and approve requests for renovations and repairs
    • Partner with design and operations teams to coordinate installations and layout changes
    • Manage vendor scheduling, timelines, and cost tracking for renovations or expansions
  • Systems, Procurement & Budget Oversight
    • Maintain internal facilities and maintenance tracking systems
    • Own studio-level procurement of equipment and operating supplies
    • Approve and track maintenance-related expenses in partnership with accounting

Who You Are:

  • A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure and thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Extremely organized and process-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable being on-call for after-hours or weekend emergencies
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities across a distributed set of locations
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with internal stakeholders and external vendors alike

What You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management (multi-site preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Experience overseeing construction, renovation, or studio build-outs a plus
  • Willingness to be on call for urgent facility needs
  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/transport items weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Operate standard office equipment and technology

Pay & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation + annual bonus
  • 401K program participation after 90 days of employment
  • Paid time off
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Complimentary quarterly wrinkle treatment + retinoid
  • Employee discount for Peachy services and products
  • Exclusive optional discounts through LifeMart
