Senior Growth Consultant - ASO & CRO

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. You’ll lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between our European and U.S. teams, ensuring seamless project flow across time zones and fostering strong communication between internal teams and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily.
  • Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients, ensuring scalable impact across markets and languages.
  • Support key ASO clients globally by providing guidance on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.
  • Apply experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaigns' performance, combining ASO expertise with CRO principles to drive conversion improvements.
  • Lead keyword optimization (KWO) projects to improve app discoverability across global markets, tailoring strategies to multiple languages and audiences.
  • Apply creative testing methodologies to optimize app store assets, helping clients stand out in competitive app marketplaces.
  • Guide Growth Managers to build robust analytical and strategic skills, encouraging curiosity and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and refine client strategies using a deep understanding of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.
  • Grow Phiture’s influence on the mobile marketing industry (especially in ASO).
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into pod strategies.
  • Collaborate with the ASO Growth Lead to continuously improve work processes, share knowledge, and integrate cross-functional insights from performance marketing and CRO.
  • Champion industry best practices in ASO and mobile growth while staying ahead of trends and innovation.
  • Own the handover process between European and U.S. teams, ensuring clear next steps and continuity.
  • Act as a bridge for client communication and internal execution in U.S. time zones.
  • Work across multiple projects within the same client, balancing competing needs while keeping workstreams aligned.
  • Manage task prioritization and ensure no gaps in execution due to time zone differences.
  • Collaborate closely with EU-based leads and team members to align on strategy, client expectations, and ongoing initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields (e.g., CRO, performance marketing, experiment-driven mobile growth).
  • Solid knowledge of ASO & mobile marketing, especially performance marketing.
  • A strategic mindset with demonstrated expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
  • Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar.
  • Excellent client management skills in an agency setting.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working fully remotely, ideally within an intercontinental distributed team.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones, especially coordinating between North America and Europe.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across different workstreams.
  • Clear and structured communication skills, capable of translating updates and priorities effectively between teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing marketing agency role.

Nice to Have:

  • Apple Search Ads experience or any CAC:LTV-based performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO).
