About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, driving deals, and convincing companies that fast, efficient, and lossless compression is the future. You’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to craft winning sales strategies and close major accounts.

What You’ll Do:

💼 Drive Sales Growth: Identify and close deals with enterprise clients, tech firms, and data-heavy industries.
🤝 Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
📊 Pitch Like a Pro: Communicate the value of Pied Piper’s compression technology in a way that makes non-tech execs say, “Wow, we need this!”
🚀 Collaborate with Product & Marketing: Work with internal teams to refine our messaging and ensure we’re always delivering value to our customers.
📈 Meet & Exceed Targets: Because what’s sales without some friendly competition?

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills – You can simplify complex tech and make it sound like magic.
Relationship-building expert – You know how to turn prospects into long-term customers.
A love for startups & tech – You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace the chaos.

Nice-to-Haves:

➕ Experience selling B2B software, cloud solutions, or data storage products.
➕ Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
➕ A passion for networking, business development, and closing deals with style.
