Role Overview
As a senior partner manager, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through collaborative relationships with partner companies.
Responsibilities
- Sales activities to major partners (SIers, cloud solution providers, etc.)
- Proposing our own open source distributed database, solutions, consulting, and technical support
- Developing new agents and closing deals, promoting sales collaboration, negotiating transaction terms, concluding contracts, etc.
- Building relationships with partners, establishing a technical support system, and supporting the introduction of our own products
- Formulating and executing sales promotion plans, working with related departments within the company to promote business expansion activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales, partner alliances, IT-related sales, or IT-related business development
- Understanding of the basic partner structure in the IT industry and expertise in this field
- Ability to provide business advice and negotiate with CXO-level partner
- Ability to plan and act independently, and lead from creating plans to achieving goals
- Strong passion and ability to propose ideas for expanding partner business
- Ability to draw up concrete ideas and strategies
- Experience in a startup environment and motivated by the fast pace
