We are looking for a Sponsorship manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Research and evaluate high-impact sponsorships within sports and entertainment;
• Lead negotiations with clubs, leagues, federations (football, basketball, cricket, etc.);
• Ensure strategic alignment and contract compliance;
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate sponsorships into campaigns;
• Plan and execute activations, events, and promotions;
• Oversee sponsorship budgets and performance metrics;
• Monitor and report on sponsorship effectiveness;
• Build strong stakeholder relationships in sports and gaming sectors.

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years in sponsorship/marketing, 2+ years in leadership roles within iGaming or entertainment;
• Strong industry network and market understanding;
• Data-driven and fluent in English & Bahasa;
• Proven experience leading impactful strategic initiatives.
