We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Own and manage end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging;
• Leverage advanced segmentation and lifecycle modeling to build personalized, targeted campaign journeys;
• Utilize iGaming-specific CRM platforms to create automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation;
• Partner with data analysts to interpret customer behavior, campaign performance, and retention KPIs – applying insights to continuously optimize messaging and strategy;
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to drive actionable improvements across all communication channels;
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and meets local regulatory requirements;
• Develop and refine bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, and incentive schemes based on player segmentation and activity trends;
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory standards and responsible gambling practices across key markets.

Essential professional experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming or betting industry;
• Proficiency with CRM tools/platforms such as Optimove, FastTrack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful action;
• Experience building and optimizing multichannel lifecycle campaigns using automated workflows;
• Solid understanding of bonus/reward mechanics and their strategic use in player engagement;
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across content, product, and marketing;
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute and prioritize multiple campaigns under tight deadlines;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for internal collaboration and campaign content oversight.
