We are looking for a Financial Budgeting Manager (HR Focus) to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Calculation and management of the annual and quarterly HR budget, covering 20+ departments and 20+ budget categories;
  • Cross-functional coordination with all departments to gather and validate inputs for budget planning;
  • Budget analysis and preliminary evaluation of budget effectiveness, preparing materials for budget defense;
  • Preparation of monthly HR budget forecasts;
  • Monitoring and control of budget execution through monthly plan vs. fact analysis;
  • Development and implementation of effective HR budgeting and planning methods;
  • Process improvement: automation of budget spreadsheets, optimization of calculations and analytics within HR projects;
  • Management and hiring of Finance Operation Specialists, responsible for Processing payment requests for the HR department in 1C & Collecting primary data for plan-vs-fact analysis.

Essential professional experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial budgeting, with a strong focus on HR budgeting;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Experience with financial tools and reporting systems;
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data with high attention to detail;
  • Strong working knowledge of 1C / 1C ZUP;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
  • Experience with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus).
