 Location: Guadalajara 
Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 14:00 
English Level: B2 Intermediate

Salary: $17,500 MXN / month

Position Overview

The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Midway Staffing’s growing operational needs by providing frontline technical assistance, executing routine audits, assisting with project tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This position will collaborate with internal teams, field associates, and leadership, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) support, and procedural documentation while delivering high-quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform daily and weekly audits on IT-related reports, systems, and operational processes.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance for technical issues via in-person
interactions, chat, and phone.
• Assist in the implementation and support of IT projects as assigned.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other IT-related
documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT and IT Support Manager to support ongoing initiatives
and departmental goals.
• Work with the MX IT Team Lead in achievement of personal and team KPIs
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and
automation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the IT team.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or customer service role, preferably with a help
desk or desktop support function.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) – C1 or C2 preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary and third-party software applications, including
applicant tracking systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a
plus
