What you’ll do:

  • Create full funnel reporting for the New Homes / New Construction business to understand consumer behavior, engagement and retention across all platforms
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering to establish measurement best practices for experimentation and optimization.
  • Partner closely with machine learning teams to determine the best way to optimize for the desired KPIs.
  • Deliver product insights across the customer journey to inform acquisition (i.e., awareness, consideration & demand) while developing decision making frameworks around KPIs (e.g., Page Views, Unique Users, Impressions, etc.)
  • Automate reporting deliverables for cross functional teams. Stakeholders for this role would be both internal and external. 
  • Analyze test data integrations and develop hypotheses around product experiments.
  • Ownership of product partnerships with sales stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Four-year college or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, information management, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of related experience in analytics or data science.
  • Robust analytics skills and ability to work with and analyze large volumes of complex data.
  • Be a subject matter expert on measurement and statistical analyses for your stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions using statistical methods.
  • Strong SQL and either intermediate Python or R.
  • Well versed in Tableau or similar BI tools. 
  • Highly collaborative and a team player.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to create ETL pipelines using DBT + Airflow. 
  • Extensive documentation experience, preferably around tracking front end changes and implementation.
