As the Senior Growth Marketing & Performance Video Manager you will join our Media Planning, Buying, and Strategy team. This group manages one of the most visible and high-impact areas of marketing at Realtor.com, launching national campaigns that shape how millions experience our brand. We recently introduced a long-term partnership with Reba McEntire as our brand spokesperson, and we’re looking for a bold, analytical, and strategic leader to own and scale our $15M+ performance video investment starting with YouTube.

This high-visibility role reports to the VP of Media and plays a key leadership role in how the business uses video marketing to grow. You’ll collaborate with agency and platform partners, leverage complex data sets, and drive testing to continuously improve outcomes. What you’ll do:

  • Own and lead our $15M+ YouTube Video investment to drive audience growth and revenue through high-impact, performance-optimized video campaigns across YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts across the broader brand media mix, aligning YouTube investment with TV, streaming, and other digital channels to maximize reach and Revenue.
  • Lead our agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive innovation, performance, and efficiency across every touchpoint in our video marketing funnel—from audience targeting to creative execution to real-time optimization.
  • Own our brand and performance video relationship with Google and drive deep support and integration with our dedicated Google partner team.
  • Design and lead rigorous testing programs to identify and scale best-in-class video strategies, challenging norms and unlocking new growth.
  • Drive creative effectiveness with performance insights, partnering closely with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing, data-informed video ads.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with data-rich performance readouts, strategic recommendations, and clear business impact—regularly influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Translate data into action by owning analytics and measurement across Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and iSpot TV. Partner with data science to uncover insights that shape strategy and accelerate brand growth.
  • Be a thought leader helping to set the vision for video advertising across our media channels.
  • Be our YouTube/Google Ads platform expert and expand our strategy in adjacent channels (DV360, iSpot)
  • Operate with agility and precision in a fast-paced environment—balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and problem-solving.

What you’ll bring: 

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and video media strategy—agency or brand-side—with a focus on video investment and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in YouTube and video media buying, analytics, and creative strategy.
  • Expert in A/B testing, incrementality, and lift studies—especially with Google tools such as VAE, conversion lift, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau; fluent in building complex dashboards, manipulating data, and telling stories through analytics.
  • Strong quantitative background—preferred degrees in statistics, analytics, economics, finance, or engineering.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adept at navigating changes in digital media landscapes, including platform algorithm shifts and emerging trends.
  • Experience driving revenue metrics with paid media. 
  • Experience designing and scaling full-funnel brand marketing strategies that ladder up to business KPIs like awareness, recall, preference, and consideration.
  • A strategic communicator and trusted partner to executive teams—confident in presenting at senior leadership reviews and cross-functional forums.
  • A collaborative team player who can lead with both vision and execution. You know when to get into the weeds, when to delegate, and how to deliver results.
