Position Overview
Rectangle Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to support our pipeline growth efforts across small, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, this role will play a critical part in translating high-level strategy into actionable, performance-driven campaigns that deliver qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, and sales to execute multi-channel programs that drive awareness, interest, and engagement with Rectangle Health’s solutions.

Primary Job Duties:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs to generate qualified leads across SMB and Enterprise segments including ABM initiatives.
- Lead Nurturing & Funnel Progression: Develop nurture tracks, and reengagement strategies to keep prospects engaged and accelerate movement through the funnel.
- Performance Measurement: Track key KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence), analyze campaign performance, and report insights with recommended optimizations.
- Sales Collaboration: Align closely with SMB and Enterprise sales teams to ensure campaigns support sales motions, surface quality leads, and enable effective follow-up.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with marketing ops, digital, content, and product marketing teams to develop assets and ensure consistent messaging and campaign delivery.
- Audience Segmentation: Tailor campaigns by persona, buyer stage, behavior, and account tier to maximize relevance and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign marketing
- Experience supporting demand programs across different audience tiers, including SMB and Enterprise
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and campaign analytics tools
- Understanding of funnel metrics, buyer journey stages, and campaign attribution
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools (Zoominfo)
- Background in healthcare or Saas a plus

New York pay range
$105,000 - $115,000 USD plus bonus
