Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential customers and nurture relationships through follow-up communication and personalized interactions.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities through our CRM system- HubSpot ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
- Build New Opportunities: Identify, prioritize and and pursue new business opportunities and untapped prospects. Your ability to drive growth and set DEMO’s will be your key driver of success.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide valuable insights and support throughout the sales process.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness.
- Tech Stack Solutions: Be proficient in HubSpot, Gong Engage, & data enrichment technologies to set yourself up for success in the role. Utilize technologies to work smart!
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment in Automotive and/or Home Services industry
- 3+ years using HubSpot software including but not limited to: HubSpot Dashboards, Prospecting Dashboard, List Management, etc
- Proficient in using Gong or other call recording software to learn, grow and target buying signals, etc.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, managing many projects simultaneously, your agility and ability to support our sales efforts will keep us ahead of our competition
