About GW RhythmX AI

GW RhythmX platform delivers precision care intelligence natively embedded in Epic EHR, putting the right treatment recommendation in front of the right clinician at the right moment without adding to their burden.

Our products reach 85M+ patients including 8M US military veterans across 150+ health systems. We are recognized by KLAS Research, Fierce Healthcare, and AVIA Marketplace.

We operate with startup agility backed by $1B+ in R&D investment, longitudinal data on 300M patients, 4.4B annual claims, and a global network of 1.8M healthcare professionals across 3,000+ facilities. Our core thesis: AI should find the patient not the other way around.

The Precision Care Platform is how we deliver on that thesis at scale across inpatient, outpatient, specialty, and nursing care settings, embedded in the daily workflows of every clinician who touches a patient.

The Platform You Will Lead

The Precision Care Platform is a clinical intelligence layer embedded in Epic EHR. It surfaces contextual, guideline-driven insights derived from our library of clinical guidelines from professional societies at the moment a clinician needs them, within the workflow they are already in.

Care Settings and Product Areas

  • Inpatient: AI-driven clinical intelligence across admission, rounds, handoffs, and discharge workflows — supporting hospitalists, attendings, and care teams in real-time inpatient decision support
  • Outpatient: Context-aware precision care insights for ambulatory workflows — surfacing guideline gaps, care opportunities, and documentation support at the point of outpatient encounter
  • Specialty: Role-specific intelligence for Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and other specialty service lines — driven by specialty-specific guideline sets and patient data
  • Nursing: A dedicated and emerging product layer targeting discharge readiness, shift handoff, and break handoff — built from first-principles nursing discovery and designed for the specific workflow constraints of bedside nurses
  • Cross-setting infrastructure: EHR-native integration architecture, FHIR-based data pipelines, AI insight generation, and clinical validation frameworks that underpin every care setting

The Role

As Senior Director of Product Management for the Precision Care Platform, you are the product leader for India team, accountable for the quality, execution, and strategic direction of everything the India team builds.

You report directly to the Global Head of Product and operate as a true partner to US-based product, engineering, clinical, and GTM leadership. This means you are not managing a feature team. You are running a product organization - setting strategy, building teams, driving execution, and maintaining the clinical and technical depth to make the right calls across a complex, multi-setting platform.

The role demands two things simultaneously: the judgment of a senior strategist and the hands-on engagement of a lead PM. You will set direction and roll up your sleeves. You will own outcomes, not just workstreams.

What You Will Own

Platform Product Strategy

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Precision Care Platform across all care settings — inpatient, outpatient, specialty, and nursing
  • Translate enterprise customer priorities, clinical insights, and GTM requirements into a coherent, phased product strategy
  • Define what gets built, when, and why — with the rigor to defend those decisions to engineering, clinical leads, customers, and executive leadership
  • Ensure continuity between short-term execution and long-term platform architecture

Product Execution and Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple concurrent product streams, from discovery through clinical validation to live deployment in production EHR environments
  • Establish delivery cadence, sprint accountability, and cross-team coordination across the India product and engineering organization
  • Own the dependency map across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data, and GTM — and proactively surface risks before they become blockers
  • Hold the bar on execution quality — products that work in real clinical environments under real time pressure, not just in controlled demos

Team Leadership and PM Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product and Program Managers working across care settings and product areas
  • Raise the bar on product thinking, ownership culture, and execution quality across the entire India PM team
  • Develop PM talent through direct coaching, structured feedback, and clear career pathing
  • Create an environment where accountability, speed, and clinical empathy coexist — startup energy with professional craft

Technical and AI Depth

  • Engage directly in architecture discussions — LLM-based insight generation, RAG pipelines, HL7/FHIR data flows, and Epic EHR integration patterns
  • Guide tradeoffs across AI model selection, clinical data pipelines, and integration architecture with the confidence to hold informed positions
  • Work closely with engineering leaders and executives to ensure AI systems are clinically sound, technically robust, and scalable

Clinical Workflow and Care Setting Ownership

  • Maintain deep fluency in the actual workflows of every care setting the platform serves — rounds, clinic visits, specialty consultations, nursing handoffs, discharge planning
  • Partner with clinicians and clinical advisors, customer champions to validate product direction continuously

Global Collaboration and Customer Alignment

  • Work in close, consistent alignment with the PM leads, US engineering leadership, and customer-facing teams
  • Represent India product direction clearly in global forums — as a voice for execution quality, clinical insight, and technical depth
  • Align product roadmaps with active enterprise customer commitments and GTM priorities, including new health system onboarding and expansion from pilot to enterprise
  • Operate effectively across time zones with high trust, low friction, and clear communication

What We Are Looking For

HealthTech Expertise

  • Deep experience building and shipping products in US healthcare environments, with strong preference for inpatient or multi-setting clinical experience
  • Genuine understanding of how clinicians — physicians, nurses, specialists, CDI teams — work under time pressure inside hospital and ambulatory systems
  • Solid knowledge of EHR systems and how software integrates into live clinical workflows, with Epic experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency with interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and common healthcare integration patterns

Product and Execution Leadership

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning a team or a major product area
  • Proven track record of taking clinical or enterprise healthcare products from early-stage through scaled enterprise adoption
  • Strong execution discipline — you ship, you measure, you iterate, and you hold your team to the same standard
  • Demonstrated ability to run programs across multiple product streams simultaneously without losing context or momentum

Technical Depth

  • Ability to engage substantively with engineering and AI teams on system design, architecture tradeoffs, and technical constraints
  • Understanding of LLM-based product development — prompt design, RAG architecture, hallucination mitigation, clinical validation approaches
  • Comfortable working with clinical data models, FHIR resources, and the integration patterns that connect AI systems to EHR workflows
  • Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and the operational requirements of production healthcare AI systems
  • Expertise in building data pipelines for the longitudinal record using HL7/FHIR ingested data and leveraging the longitudinal record to build RAGs, Knowledge Graphs, etc.

People Leadership

  • Experience building and leading PM teams — hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Strong communicator across engineering, clinical, design, and commercial audiences — you adapt the message without losing the substance
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with distributed, cross-cultural teams across time zones
  • A coaching orientation: you invest in the people on your team, not just the outcomes they deliver

Startup Mindset

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure must be created, not inherited
  • Strong bias toward action, iteration, and shipping — you know the difference between being busy and being effective
  • Comfortable making hard product calls with incomplete information and standing behind them
  • Focus on outcomes and clinical impact, not process compliance or documentation volume

Global and Market Orientation

  • Deep familiarity with US healthcare market dynamics — buyer behavior, procurement cycles, clinical governance, and enterprise adoption patterns
  • Experience working directly with US-based executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders as a peer, not a support function
  • Proven ability to build trust across geographically distributed organizations

What Success Looks Like

In the first 90 days, you have established a clear picture of the platform, the team, and the gaps — and you have credibility with US leadership, India engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

By six months, the India PM team is executing with more clarity, speed, and ownership than before. Roadmaps across care settings are coherent, prioritized, and aligned with customer commitments. There is no ambiguity about who owns what.

At one year, the India team is a trusted delivery engine for the Precision Care Platform. Products are live in clinical workflows and driving measurable impact. Nursing is emerging as a credible product line. The pipeline of PM talent is stronger because of how you lead.

  • A high-performing PM team that raises its own bar over time
  • Products used by clinicians in live care settings — not just onboarded but genuinely adopted
  • Clear alignment between India execution and US product strategy, with minimal re-work and rework cycles
  • Measurable outcomes: sustained active usage, expansion from pilots to enterprise, improvements in clinician efficiency and documentation quality

This Is Not the Role for You If

  • You prefer writing strategy documents and requirement specs over building and shipping
  • You need well-defined processes, detailed direction, or an established playbook to move forward
  • You see product leadership as coordination and communication rather than judgment and accountability
  • You are not comfortable engaging deeply with clinical workflows, AI architecture, or EHR integration details
  • You view the India location as a constraint on influence rather than a platform for it
  • You want a stable, process-heavy corporate environment
