Director, Workplace Technology & Applications
Are you a hands-on technology leader who thrives on empowering others through tools, systems, and data? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve business problems at the intersection of IT, operations, and AI? Are you eager to shape how teams across a high-growth company use cutting-edge internal tools, including AI-powered assistants, to do their best work? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As the Director of Internal Technology and Applications, you’ll be a force-multiplier across Ridgeline by driving forward our strategy for internal technologies, business applications, and data systems. Reporting directly to our Chief Security Officer, you will guide a skilled team while also directly engaging with stakeholders across the company. This role will be instrumental in delivering practical, high-impact solutions that improve how work gets done, while leveraging tools like ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to boost productivity and streamline workflows.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
