For more than 30 years, Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) has been a trusted leader in primary and pediatric care, serving over 200,000 Rhode Islanders as the state’s largest independent provider association (IPA). RIPCPC has long supported community-based practices by delivering the infrastructure, operational, and administrative services needed to provide high-quality, cost‑effective care.

Building on this strong foundation, RIPCPC Medical Group (RIPC MG) was created to directly employ and support clinicians and care teams as part of a physician-led medical group. RIPC MG allows providers to focus more fully on patient care while benefiting from centralized support, modern care models, and access to innovative tools and technology.

In 2023, RIPCPC joined Akido Labs, becoming a key East Coast hub within the Akido Care medical network. Akido Care is known for integrating advanced technology and data-driven care models into healthcare delivery—reducing friction for providers and staff while improving outcomes and experiences for patients and families.
