We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to help fuel the next phase of MadeGood’s growth globally, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a concept-driven designer who can develop bold, culturally relevant ideas, then execute them hands-on across a wide range of touchpoints.
MadeGood is a brand built on optimism, trust, and great-tasting snacks. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a designer who can help sharpen our visual identity, bring creative ideas to life across fast-moving channels, and ensure everything we put into the world feels intentional, modern, and unmistakably MadeGood.
This role blends creative concepting with day-to-day design execution. The Graphic Designer will contribute to high-level creative concepts and be responsible for designing assets across retail media, print ads, digital banners, email, website, social, partnerships, and key brand moments. Working closely with cross-functional partners and external agency teams, this role reports to the Sr. Omnichannel Production Manager and requires someone who can move quickly, think creatively, and execute with craft and consistency.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Develop and own creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand moments—then design and execute those ideas across social, digital, email, retail, paid media, and other touchpoints.
- Lead visual concepting and hands-on execution for MadeGood Global, translating strategic briefs into scalable creative systems and high-quality assets used across multiple markets and channels.
- Work within established brand guidelines and design systems while pushing creative thinking, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all creative outputs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and agency teams to ensure every creative output stays true to MadeGood’s brand.
- Design, adapt, and optimize assets across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital and retail media, email, social, websites, PDP pages, print ads, POS, sell sheets, and more—maintaining brand integrity across formats and platforms.
- Create engaging multimedia assets, including GIFs and short-form video, to support campaign ideas and brand storytelling across channels.
- Prepare files for print production, including layout refinements, color correction, and pre-press setup, with a high level of attention to detail across typography, imagery, and layout.
- Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and omnichannel best practices to continuously elevate creative thinking, concept development, and execution.
What makes this role special:
- You’ll shape how a fast-growing, beloved brand shows up day-to-day where consumers actually engage.
- Your design work will live across feeds, ads, websites, retail, and brand moments, reaching millions of families and snack lovers.
- You’ll work in a nimble, test-and-learn environment, where ideas move quickly from concept to execution, and design is constantly iterated and optimized.
- You’ll have real creative ownership, from developing visual concepts through hands-on execution—without the layers and bureaucracy of traditional big-campaign structures.
- You’ll be part of a brand that genuinely believes in doing good, designing work for products people trust, enjoy, and feel good about sharing.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in a graphic design role, in-house or at an agency.
- Experience in food and beverage, CPG, or adjacent consumer categories is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the U.S. consumer market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma); familiarity with multimedia tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is an asset.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Proven experience partnering closely with copy teams, working collaboratively to concept, refine, and execute strong creative across channels.
- Range: ability to move from creative concepting to thoughtful layouts, design systems and high-quality tactical executions.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to design production with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design.
- Awareness of accessibility standards, including AODA requirements.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
What we expect:
- Values-led: You’ll be a member of a thoughtful and compassionate team that prioritizes respect, teamwork and resourcefulness along with a good dash of fun. Sometimes, even making granola bars is hard, and life’s too short to take ourselves so seriously that we don’t enjoy the journey.
- Unparalleled experiences and opportunities: We’re still determining who we are and what we can be. Help us shape what this organization will look like and what we’ll offer the world, into the future. This means rolling up your sleeves and sometimes building the process – fast! – while employing it. At Riverside, progress occasionally means proceeding imperfectly, and we’re okay with that, as long as we’re staying true to our values and learning and improving along the way.
- Access to everyone: We’re a flat organization with few silos which means you’ll have full access to everyone from our founders to our production staff. Even when employees dress up, they wear steel-toed shoes. So don’t be shy. Speak up, share your ideas and go places you normally wouldn’t – like the plant, or the boardroom.
- Personal development: We’ll support and empower you to chart your own path and reach any heights you set for yourself. Career paths at Riverside are carved by the people walking on them, not dictated by leaders. Count on us to give you the training and tools to grow and progress.
Gratitude: As a growing business, we can’t always offer formal recognition like awards programs, but we do show our true gratitude and appreciation. At Riverside, we’re all in this together and we value you.
What We Offer
- Values-led: We don’t cut corners or step on anyone or anything on our way to our summit. There is no winning at all costs here. Every step you take must align with our values, no compromises.
- Courageous determination: As a family-run, rapidly growing business, we are often challenged to find ways to deliver that aren’t obvious or easy. You must be willing to try, ask and answer challenging questions, test and learn, turn over every stone, keep moving forward and help us find a way through. Resourcefulness and grit will be your constant companions at Riverside and will serve you well.
- Humility: We’re a small (but growing) fish in a sea of whales and sharks. We know the products we offer are some of the healthiest and most sustainable, but we don’t brag about it and know we have a steep path ahead. We pride ourselves in being respectful and supportive of others while shining brightly through our innovative, high-quality products. There isn’t one superstar at Riverside. We take turns leading the way as we climb to the summit.
- Continuous improvement: As a learn-as-we-go organization, we rely on each other to continuously improve everything we touch to make it better, more efficient, more sustainable, and more endearing to customers, consumers, employees, vendors, partners and the community. We own our mistakes and learn from them as we wind our way to the top.

If you have a disability and require accommodation in the interview process, please let us know when you apply.
