About the team + role
We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Workplace Operations leader who is passionate about creating safe and productive workspaces that not only reflect company culture, but energizes it! In this position, you will oversee operational strategy, implementation, and experience of multiple offices and operations teams. The Workplace Operations team represents the company’s value system by creating new and maintaining existing office locations. You will be responsible for establishing a highly functional, organized, and fun workplace that meets the needs of a diverse employee population. The Workplace Operations team is dedicated to excellence through an execution mindset, attention to detail and a profound sense of pride in our work.

What you’ll do
- Hands-on Leadership: Take full ownership of workplace operations, managing and mentoring Workplace Operations Managers across global offices. You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Identify Gaps & Drive Solutions: Dive into operational processes, identify gaps, and implement hands-on solutions to improve and scale office procedures company-wide.
- Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with HR, Marketing, Real Estate, IT, and others to ensure timely, on-budget execution. You’ll own every detail from start to finish.
- Ad Hoc Project Execution: Manage various ad hoc projects, executing with precision and attention to detail, ensuring seamless outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine tools, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics to guide standards development, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Sustainability Programs: Lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional regulations and company goals.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Own vendor relationships, from selection to contract negotiation, managing costs and service delivery with extreme attention to detail.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Pivot quickly and effectively based on leadership direction, adjusting strategies to meet changing needs while maintaining operational excellence.
What you bring
- Experience: 8-10+ years in Workplace Operations with 5+ years of experience managing teams. You’ve scaled operations and led complex projects in high-growth environments.
- Hands-On Leader: Taking full ownership and driving results through active involvement and attention to detail.
- Change Management & Problem Solver: You manage change effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and solve problems before they arise.
- Financial Acumen: Experienced in budget management, cost control, and ensuring financial efficiency while delivering top-tier operational results.
- Strong Communicator & Organized: Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills. You stay on top of multiple projects, driving them to successful completion.
- Autonomous & Agile: Comfortable working independently, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt strategies as needed to meet leadership priorities.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$161,500 - $190,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$141,950 - $167,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)
$125,800 - $148,000 USD
