The TradePMR team within Robinhood empowers financial professionals with innovative technology and unparalleled support tailored to the unique needs of the RIA community. We have a few openings within the different Account Operations teams, they are:

The Transfer Service team acts as primary contact to provide Registered Investment Advisors with support involving transfers and processes transfer-related advisor requests accurately and efficiently.

The Account Maintenance team delivers efficient and accurate account opening, maintenance, and administrative support to our clients while offering our signature white-glove service.

The Cashiering Support team plays a vital role in processing a variety of cashiering requests while delivering white-glove service through a relentless pursuit of operational excellence and a focus on deepening client relationships.

This role is based in our Clearwater, Florida and Gainesville, Florida offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Process requests from our client's using our proprietary platform Fusion
  • Communicate professionally with advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and proprietary systems.
  • Maintain with excellence all processes and adhere to regulatory requirements and firm policies, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and data confidentiality.
  • Process cashiering requests timely and accurately, including but not limited to ACH transfers, Fed Wire transfers, check distributions, and journal entries.
  • Communicate professionally with advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and proprietary systems.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a foundation in finance or economics or related field with 2+ years customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions with advisors, clients, and team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, data-entry, and writing skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives with challenges and is driven to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$17.90 - $21 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$17.90 - $21 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$17 - $20 USD
