Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

Your responsibilities

- Partner with different teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations by introducing innovative solutions and AI-powered automation.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation to support knowledge transfer and empower self-service.
What You bring to the table
- 3–4 years of professional experience in IT support, automation, or development roles (ideally in startup-like or remote-first environments).
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and resolving IT support queries.
- Strong technical background with exposure to coding/scripting (Python is a plus) and familiarity with cloud environments.
- Experience managing user identities, permissions, and app configurations across SaaS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation, empathy, and ability to set/manage expectations.
- Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization skills and the drive to reduce manual work through automation.
