Senior Software Engineer - Oracle Fusion Developer
This role is onsite based at Shift4 headquarters in Center Valley, PA - relocation assistance may be available
Shift4 is expanding globally and we are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer to join our team, specializing in Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, data migrations, and system integrations, with a strong understanding of Oracle architecture and APIs. A background in accounting or supply chain management is highly desirable to support our business processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM solutions.
- Perform data migrations, including loading and validating FBDI templates.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality.
- Leverage Oracle APIs for integrations and customizations.
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Oracle Fusion functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with accounting and supply chain requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of developer experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and SCM modules).
- Proven expertise in data migrations and FBDI template usage.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration APIs.
- Experience with system testing and troubleshooting in Oracle Fusion environments.
- Ability to coach and train teams on Oracle Fusion processes.
- Background or familiarity with accounting principles or supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field or experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications (Additional skills that are a plus to have):
- Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware.
- Prior consulting experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
