Job Overview:

• The Business Applications Manager will be responsible for all business applications support across the enterprise, including projects/programs. Leads the applications design, development, and delivery efforts in support of maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise applications. Provides direction for the application team.  Develops the overall applications strategy and directs the execution of departmental activities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the support of the Production business applications, including system modifications and maintenance
• Application support, development, and deployment
• Responsible for business relationships, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the business users' known and emerging needs.
• Building, managing, and delivering a portfolio of technology programs and projects that improve business process capabilities
• Developing and managing an Applications plan, working with the senior management of the business
• Directing and evaluating feasibility studies, project scoping, and project planning for business application projects
• Define, plan, and direct the execution of a broad range of technical projects, while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
• Establishing priorities and schedules for the business application project

Qualifications:   

• At least 15 years’ hands-on experience in requirements gathering & documentation, design, testing, implementation, and support of the SAP FI/CO/SD/WM/HR.
• Sound technical knowledge acquired from performing SAP configurations, customizations, system administration, and working on interfaces.
• ERP project management process knowledge is essential
• Working knowledge of supply chain solutions and other capabilities enabled by SAP or other ERP solutions.
• Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
• Required to have strong order management system experience, be able to analyze complex business problems and procedures, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with SAP
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred (English, Korean)
