Contracts Manager

SpyCloud is looking for an exceptionally talented, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Contracts Manager.  This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement and will serve as the air traffic controller of SpyCloud’s customer contracting function, managing the full lifecycle of contracts across the GTM organization. They will play an integral role in the sales process, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract review requests and supporting a high volume of contracts in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  The ideal candidate will bring structure, efficiency, and visibility to the contracting process while maintaining a high standard of compliance and business enablement. 

 

What You'll Do:

Contract Lifecycle Management 

    • Own and manage the intake, review, and execution process for a wide range of  inbound and outbound prospect, customer and partner agreements, including SaaS MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, order forms, and partner agreements. 
    • Monitor status and facilitate progression of contracting workflows from initiation to execution.Facilitate timely completion of contracting milestones and prioritization of contracts that drive revenue while efficiently managing other essential agreements and contracting matters. 
    • Partner with the Renewals team for contract modifications and exception handling for complex or non-standard renewal transactions 
    • Manage a centralized repository for executed contracts, ensuring contracts are properly archived, indexed, and accessible for internal stakeholders

Workflow and Process Optimization 

    • Co-develop and maintain standardization contract templates and playbooks in collaboration with Legal Operations 
    • Use contract lifecycle management tools (e.g. IronClad, Asana) to improve contract visibility, efficiency, and reporting 
    • Identify opportunities to streamline contract review and approval processes across cross-functional teams 

Stakeholder Management & Enablement 

    • Become the go-to expert for all contract-operations-related matters. Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Legal, Sales, Operations, Compliance) to align priorities and coordinate contract activities
    • Translate legal feedback into actionable steps for internal business partners 
    • Participate in Onboarding sessions for GTM new hires to ensure processes and procedures are followed from the start 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or related field 
  • Demonstrated experience handling a high volume and variety of agreements. Works effectively while handling multiple priorities and inquiries at once. 
  • Results driven and customer focused. Self-directed, analytical, and a strategic thinker. 
  • Familiar with legal terminology, technology and principles of governing contracts, including SaaS contract structures, channel partner relationships, and data processing agreements.  
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g.; IronClad, DocuSign) 
  • Proficiency in task and project management tools (e.g., Asana) 

Nice to Have

  • Experience facilitating training sessions and creating legal and workflow related documentation for GTM teams
  • Experience with IronClad
