Senior Sales Manager- China Export

The Senior Sales Manager role is focused on driving new business and revenue growth across China export (cross-border) opportunities, with Hong Kong domestic business as a secondary focus.
Reporting to the Director, Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new programmatic advertising revenue, primarily working with China-based clients expanding into international markets.
This role is suited to a mid-level, hands-on seller who is comfortable working in the platform detail and owning deals end-to-end, operating in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes speed and execution over a super-senior profile. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to unlock and scale revenue from China export clients.
StackAdapt is a remote-first company, however our Sales teams are regionalised. For this role, we are prioritising candidates located in Hong Kong
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across China export and cross-border clients as the primary focus
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
- Build and manage a pipeline with a focus on high-value, cross-border opportunities
- Work with China-based clients looking to expand into international markets
- Support Hong Kong domestic accounts where needed, with clear priority on export revenue generation
- Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure successful campaign execution and ongoing account growth
- Develop solutions based on client needs, with a strong focus on speed, execution, and commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and support broader sales and product strategy
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5–8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with programmatic experience preferred
- Proven track record of closing new business and driving revenue independently
- Experience working with China export, cross-border business, or China-based clients is strongly preferred
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to get into the detail
- Experience selling to or working with China-based advertisers expanding globally is a strong advantage
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English, and Mandarin is required for this role
