Want to work at GA but don’t see the right fit? We are growing fast and always looking for motivated people to join us in supporting fundraising for progressive causes. If you are interested in an internship, please apply directly to intern postings which you can expect to see live around July, October, and February each year. These roles will remain posted until filled.

Please note, all roles at GA are 100% in-person based in our office in Chinatown, Washington, DC.
Departments:
- Digital - The digital team leverages GA's database to fundraise online via emails and text messages, to raise thousands for candidates, organizations, and good causes all across the country. Roles include Digital Associates and Strategists.
- Campaign Fundraising Strategy - The GA Fundraising Strategists offer campaigns highly-targeted donor lists, comprehensive fundraising instruction, and industry-leading customer service. Roles include Fundraising Strategists and Associates.
- Campaign Revenue - This team, composed of Account Managers (AMs), facilitate the entire client experience from cold lead to close out. AMs pitch Grassroots services, manage relationships with Grassroots and consulting partners, and represent the company at industry events across the country.
- Nonprofits - Combining both expertise of fundraising strategy and revenue, the nonprofits team works directly with nonprofit clients to leverage GA services, manage client relationships, and provide fundraising guidance. Roles include Nonprofits Fundraising Strategist and Nonprofits Account Manager.
- Mail - The mail, or STAMP, team harnesses the power of the GA database to raise money for progressive candidates and causes by mail. Roles include Fundraising Mail Associate and Strategist.
- Tech & Product - These teams maintain our database, code new programs, and harness ideas and information to innovate for progressive causes. Roles may include Frontend/Backend Developer, Data Engineer, UX Designer, Product Manager, and more.
- Marketing and Design - This team is responsible for internal and external communication, all marketing initiatives, branding, and client design work. Roles might include Marketing Associate, Web Developer, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer.
