Senior FP&A Analyst

The Meet Group, affiliate of ParshipMeet, has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Senior Financial Analyst. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, forecasting, reporting, and developing financial models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for ParshipMeet North America, partnering with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and engineering, to align financial goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.

The right candidate will have the following minimum requirements and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong business acumen, preferably experience with digital business models and online monetization
  • Knowledge of Navision & TM1 ERP software

California Personal Information Collection Notice for Employees, Job Applicants, and Independent Contractors 

 

This Notice discloses The Meet Group, Inc.’s (“The Meet Group”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) policies and practices relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information (“PI”) of employees, job applicants, and independent contractors, (collectively, “Affected Individuals,” “you” or “your”), as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to your use of The Meet Group’s technology, systems, and equipment such as emails sent and received, browsing history, search history, and information regarding an employee’s interaction with an Internet Web site, application, or advertisement. 

Geolocation data 

Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (e.g., photos, videos, voice-overs). 

Professional or employment- related information. 

Education information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99) (e.g., whether you went to college) 

Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this chart including to create an employment, applicant file, or independent contractor file. 

We may collect such PI from the following sources: 

Employee, job applicant or independent contractor. Third parties, such as an external recruiter or recruiting platform and publicly available sources, such as social networks. 

Background checks service provider. 

Operating systems and platforms and third parties, such as an IT service provider/software. 

Employee or job applicant. Third parties, such as an external recruiter or recruiting platform, security vendor/platform, video chat platform. 

We may collect such PI for the following business purposes:

Independent contractor information is retained for as long as required. 

PI may be retained for valid legal requests or to defend our legal interests for as long as required. 

 

Important information related to our handling of your PI: 

  1. The Meet Group does not sell or share (for cross context behavioral advertising) your PI. 

 

  1. The Meet Group does not knowingly collect, share, or sell the PI of minors under 16 years of age. 

 

  1. California residents have the right to limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive PI (if it is used to draw inferences about the individual). The Meet Group only uses sensitive PI for purposes permitted under the CCPA. Thus, no relevant option to limit the use of sensitive PI is available to you. 

 

Your rights under the CPRA:
