Position Overview:

Bókun is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing various digital marketing initiatives to support our growth objectives. 

This position requires hands-on experience in SEO and PPC an eagerness to learn and interest in travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the management and growth of our Paid Ads strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Gartner

- Manage relationships with the SEO content agency to monitor and support channel growth

- Work with design team to produce and test new landing pages

- Explore and run test and learn campaigns across new potential channels

- Identify and lead on opportunities to drive growth of our brand and Free Trials

- Regularly report and present performance internally and to the Bókun leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Is curious in understanding how algorithms and human behaviour drive marketing performance.
Understands and is able to communicate how Marketing performance drives wider business goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.

Has 2 years hands on experience in a similar role and is able to demonstrate a history of creating, executing and optimising Marketing campaigns.

Is able to prioritise and adjust workload accordingly.

Takes initiative to identify blockers, improve processes and push forward.

Has a passion for travel and technology.
